for the assignment of number 30 licences for online Italian language courses level A1 (beginners), reserved for abroad descendants of Trentino emigrants, provided by ICoN (Italian Culture on the Net).

1. CONTENT

We call for the year 2025 a selection for the assignment of 30 licences with the related tutoring service and online community, reserved for descendants of Trentino emigrants, living abroad, for the attendance of Italian language courses – level A1 (beginners), provided by ICoN.

The course will be held entirely online through internet. Students have at their disposal an online tutor, qualified for the teaching of Italian as a second language, the tutor replies to questions and doubts.

Students of the course are organized in a virtual class structured within the ICoN teaching platform. The platform is provided with forum and chat services and also provides moments of simultaneous group interaction between students and tutor with audio and video mode.

2. OPERATING METHOD OF THE COURSES

The course is based on an inductive approach and on the “learning by doing”: student learns the language “while” carries out the activities from which he learns rules, uses and meanings.

The mode is totally immersive.

Before the course starts, there is an online entrance test on the ICoN platform in order to verify the level of previous knowledge.

The course level A1 consists of 30 teaching units divided into 2 modules:

• First module A1 – Elementary 1 – 15 teaching units, for a duration of 20 weeks, starting on March 25 and ending on August  11, 2025.  
  
• Second module A1 – Elementary 2 – 15 teaching units, for a duration of 20 weeks, to take place during the second semester of 2025 (dates are to be defined).

The course is available on the ICoN teaching platform. Within the platform you can find the activities with the automatic correction, multimedia material, images, grammatical and lexical supplementary worksheets.

The platform is compatible with all fixed and mobile devices (pc, tablet) through a network connection and a browser. The use of smartphone is not recommended. Each student has a personalized access to the course.

Moreover, with the mode “e-learning in virtual class”, students learn the Italian language in a virtual class, managed by a tutor who will lead the course promoting collaborative activities, proposing the course material and correcting exercises and tests.

In addition students can interact with the others through the forum, during collaborative activities and virtual classes.

Tutors will lead simultaneous lessons of conversation, phonetic improvement, grammatical studies.

At the end of the first module of the course, students must take a test online and those who pass it, will receive a certificate issued by ICoN and Associazione Trentini nel mondo. Passing the test allows the renewal of the licence for the second module A1 – Elementary 2.

3. COSTS

Each assignment covers costs, paid by Associazione Trentini nel mondo, related to:

• Purchase of annual licence for the course attendance;
• Use of tutoring and internet community services as mentioned above;
• Simultaneous group audio/video lessons, with phonetic improvement and grammatical studies.

Must be paid by students:

• Hardware instruments and costs for internet connection
• There is a deposit of € 50,00 that will be returned to all students who complete the course. The payment methods will be communicated to the selected students.

4. BENEFICIARIES

Descendants of Trentino emigrants, living abroad, who are already 15 years old at the moment of the submission of the application, can apply for the assignment of licences.

5. SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION

The application must be presented to Associazione Trentini nel mondo using the attached forms by February 28, 2025, together with a valid identification document (passport or identity card or driving licence).

5. CRITERIA

Licences will be assigned:

• 10 licences for age group up to 30 years old
• 10 licences for age group 30 – 50 years old
• 10 licences for age group over 50 years old

If there are less than 10 applicants in each age group, we will assign licences according to the order of arrival of the application.

The licence could be revoked at any time in case of failure in the studies and in this case the deposit of € 50,00 will not be returned.

OFFRE POUR TRAVAUX DANS LES LOCAUX DES CIRCOLI TRENTINI 2024

PRÉREQUIS

• Être un Circolo Trentino propriétaire, locataire ou commodataire d’un immeuble utilisé comme local.
• Être Circolo membre de l’Association Trentini nel Mondo
• Ne pas avoir reçu un financement pour l’avis “Travaux aux locaux” 2020/21 et 2022/23

QUE PEUT ÊTRE FINANCÉ

L’offre prévoit un financement jusqu’à un maximum de 80% pour couvrir les frais de travaux dans l’immeuble destiné au Circolo Trentino, jusqu’à un maximum de 5.000,00 euros.

Par travaux s’entend: l’amélioration de l’immeuble, restructuration des services hygiéniques, réparations des toits, pavements, réparations ou entretiens  extraordinaires, mise en ordre de l’installation électrique, etc.

PRÉSENTATION DE LA REQUÊTE

L’offre prévoit deux phases:

Première phase de proposition : où est expliqué ce qu’il est envisagé de faire (description des travaux) avec un devis approximatif du coût estimé;

L’échéance pour présenter les propositions est le 31 mars 2024.

Deuxième phase exécutive: uniquement pour les circoli qui seront sélectionnés,  selon la proposition il faudra présenter un devis détaillé et, au cas échéant, un plan;

L’échéance pour la phase exécutive dépend de chaque intervention approuvée, et sera communiquée d’ici le 31 octobre 2024.

Les travaux  devront être terminés et un rapport documenté sera présenté avant le 31 décembre 2025.

Le circolo devra supporter au moins 20% du coût des travaux réalisés.

SUBVENTION

La subvention sera allouée :

Après la présentation de la documentation exécutive (deuxième phase) 75% de la subvention seront alloués.

À la fin des travaux et après présentation de la documentation finale (photos des travaux et factures qui attestent des frais engagés) le solde de la subvention limitée à un maximum de 80% des frais démontrés.

IMPORTANT

-      L’offre est indépendante de l’offre pour les activités des circoli et d’autres éventuelles offres, donc un circolo peut bénéficier tant de l’offre pour le local que pour pour les activités  du Circolo ou autres offres.

-      Les circoli sélectionnés ne pourront bénéficier de nouvelles offres pour des travaux aux locaux durant les 5 prochaines années.

CALL FOR PROPOSALS: WORKS IN TRENTINO CLUBHOUSES

REQUIREMENTS

 -       Trentino Club must be owner, tenant or borrower of the property used as Trentino Clubhouse;

-       Club must be member of Associazione Trentini nel mondo

-       Not having received fundig in the call's for proposals works in Trentino Clubhouses 2020/21 and 2023/24

WHAT IT IS

-         The call offers support up to 80% of works costs for the property used as office of Trentino Clubs up to a maximum of 5.000,00

-        Works admitted are those related to an improvement of the property like renovation of restrooms, restoration of roofs and floors, extraordinary maintenance, electrical system arrangement…

TIMELINE:

-          The call is divided into two phases:

First is proposal phase: Clubs will send a description of the planned works and an estimated quote about costs

Deadline for proposals is March 31, 2024

Second is executive phase and will involve only Clubs with approved funding. Trentino Club will be asked to supply further documents, e.g. a detailed quote and project

Deadline for delivery of further documents for executive phase will be set with each Club after according funding and will be communicated before October 31^st 2024

-          Works must be completed and reported by December 31,  2025

COST:

 -          Trentino Club must support at least 20% of the total cost of the realized works;

-          All costs must be proved with proper documents.

CONTRIBUTION:

-           Contribution will be distributed in this way:

After the presentation of the executive documentation (second phase), Trentino Club will receive 75% of the assigned contribution;

At the end of the works and after the presentation of final documentation (photos of works and invoices which prove the supported costs), Trentino Club will receive the final payment of contribution up to a maximum of 80% of the supported costs.

IMPORTANT:

-          The call is independent from the annual planning of activities and any other call from Trentini nel mondo so every Trentino Clubs can be supported both for call for works in the office and for annual planning of activities.

-          Clubs receiving funding for works in Clubhouse may not ask for another funding for Clubhouse works in the next 5 years.
