Introduction
Associazione Trentini nel mondo promotes an extraordinary call for contribution for Trentino Clubs after the health emergency COVID-19. In particular, the call aim is to support Trentino Clubs for the missing self-financing due to the ordinary activities and to contribute to the extraordinary expenses caused by the epidemic.
There are 2 different actions for the contribution.
Trentino Clubs can request the contribution for both of the 2 actions.

Who can present the request All Trentino Clubs which are members of the Associazione Trentini nel mondo
What could be financed General expenses which usually Trentino Clubs support through the self-financing. For example: taxes and administrative costs, electricity/water/gas/garbage bills of the Trentino Club location, accounting management and presentation of the financial report.
How much can we finance Associazione Trentini nel mondo give a contribution up to a maximum of 500,00€ on the basis of the presented documentation and of the request rationality. Every Trentino Club can receive the contribution only once.
Call validity Requests can be sent starting from the call publication. The call expires December 31st 2021, applications can be presented at any time through this year until the end of the sanitary emergency and until the depletion of funds.Regardless of the date of the application submission, we admit expenses related to years 2020 and 2021 and with an expenses document dated between January 1st 2021 and December 31st 2021.
Financing and presentation of bills We approve and send the contribution as soon as we verify the request validity and the attached documentation. If the Trentino Club has already supported expenses coherent to the call during 2021, just attach to the application submission all the documentation about the expenses. Trentino Club must send to the Associazione a copy of the invoices related to the contribution. Total of the expenses must be at least equal to the financial support. Expenses documentation must be dated between January 1st 2021 and December 31st 2021. All the documentation must be sent to the Associazione within March 31st 2022. Trentino Clubs which don’t send copy of the bills/invoices to Associazione will be penalized for future contributions. |

We don’t admit expenses for purchase of hardware for computer (no webcam) How much can we financeAssociazione Trentini nel mondo give a contribution up to a maximum of 250,00€ on the basis of the presented documentation and of the request rationality. Every Trentino Club can receive the contribution only once during 2021.
Call validity Requests can be sent starting from the call publication. The call expires on December 31st 2021, requests can be presented in any moment until the end ot the health emergency. We admit expenses supported between January 1st 2021 and December 31st 2021.
